I reached out to Erin for a breastfeeding assessment for me and my 2 month old and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She did a body assessment of my little one and showed me exercises to do with her to help relieve tension and improve feeding. She was extremely helpful and supportive and I’ve already seen small improvements in feeding just a few days later.

Erin is a phenomenal therapist. She is holistic, parent/child centered and inclusive. As a baby therapist myself, I have a high bar when it comes to other therapists. There is nobody else I would recommend if your child is having feeding difficulties or just wanted some support on your baby’s solids journey. She is communicative and caring with the best interest of the child in mind. Erin goes above and beyond each time and there is nobody I would trust more!

Erin from Tiny Tides came to our home to do a full assessment to help our little one with breastfeeding and gas. Home visits are so convenient! She assessed my daughter from head to toe and was able to teach me some easy exercises and massages to do with her to improve feeding. She even took videos of me practicing the exercises for me to refer back to and sent them to me via email along with a full assessment report. It was SO helpful. We are already seeing improvements. Tiny Tides also has a free tummy time group for infants, which I found really helpful during my parental leave. We learned all the tummy time basics, and it allowed me to socialize with other parents who had infants at a similar stage.

Erin was amazing working with my 3 month old! She taught us so many skills to help with mobility, eventually crawling, and walking. She also supported us when staring solids which can be so scary but she was a wonderful resource. I can’t recommend her enough!!

I’ve been bringing my almost 5 month old to Erin’s tummy time group in Latrobe and Riverside parks for a couple months now. She is so knowledgeable and it’s amazing of her to accommodate the group setting for free. We’ve met other local parents and babies as well which has been great! We also participated in the virtual Intro to Solids course she holds every month or so, and now feel fully equipped to start solids soon! If we ever have any issues with our baby’s motor or feeding development, I would definitely seek out one on one help with Erin in the future. Check out Tiny Tides if you have a baby and live on the south Baltimore peninsula.
