Infant massage is a beautiful way to connect, communicate, and support your baby’s growth. Regular massage may help promote better sleep,support feeding, ease gas and tummy discomfort, encourage healthy development, and provide a calming, relaxing experience for both babies and caregivers.

This 4-week series is a great opportunity to learn massage techniques, connect with a small group of parents, gain confidence in reading your baby’s cues, discuss the joys and challenges of early parenthood, and create meaningful moments with your little one in a supportive environment.
